This mixture is a particularly good source of energy, providing our athletes with all the fuels that they need, in the form of a wide and varied range of different fatty acids.

The fatty acids in our AIDI Mix 3 not only promote the buildup of fat reserves before the race, they also allow for quick recovery upon arrival. To be used three days before basketing, depending on the number of flying hours.
